Due to the growth of the BRR, we have had to shift our order process to ensure that we can keep up with orders and not feel absolutely terrible when we fall a week or two behind. The BRR started out as a passion project, but has now grown into something much larger than that. We have tried to find a way that allows us to balance our full-time jobs, our families, and just our own personal interests. As a result, we take orders in 4-month intervals to ensure that we can effectively manage our time and resources.
Here is the breakdown of our new order process:
Orders will open 3 times a year and we will work in 4-month intervals:
Orders will open the last Wednesday before the next timeframe at 8:00pm MST. The remaining order openings this year will be:
January 9th, 2019
April 24th, 2019
August 28th, 2019
There will be a limited amount of openings available during each time frame, and once these openings are filled we will close orders until the next time frame.
Here's what you need to do when orders open:
Email us with the the item(s) that you want to order
We will send you an invoice within 24 hours, which will outline the total cost as well as the 20% deposit
Following receipt of the invoice, a 20% e-transferred deposit, sent within 24-hours of receiving the invoice, will be required to secure your order. If we do not receive your deposit within 24-hours you will lose you place in the round of orders.
We will accept orders from individuals who provide the item information and deposit until our queue for the 3-month period is all filled up.
After receiving your deposit, we will email you to inform you of your place in the queue and will provide an approximate completion date.
Quotes will still be provided while orders are closed, so please do not hesitate to contact us for pricing. If any openings become available during a timeframe, we will post a notice on our Instagram account.
